About Angela

Hi! I am Angela Bellitti. I specialize in helping learn: Spanish, English Second Language, and Ukulele. I am willing to help students achieve their goals by allowing them to gain confidence in their speaking, reading, listening and writing in Spanish (and/or ESL). I lived in Peru for 18 months. I am familiar with different dialects, and cultures, helping you also understand more about the language you are learning. I actively work in a job where I use the Spanish I have learned and continue to improve my speaking/writing abilities. I also travel multiple times a year to Peru and spend weeks there at a time.

I love helping students come to find confidence in their new found abilities and talents. Learning a new skill is so eye opening and allows students to feel connected to others through their skill set.

I love helping others accomplish their goals and bring on a new set of skills! I know that through help from a mentor in learning Spanish myself, I was able to feel more comfortable and confident in my speaking skills. I desire to help others accomplish the same thing.

Spanish classes taken during school, also lived in Perú for 18 months. Can speak, read, write, and listen fluently at a professional level. 2+ year job experience in Spanish fields. Able to translate from English to Spanish and vice versa.

About the lesson

Really getting to know the student and their personal needs. I feel that it is very important to find a way that each students feels comfortable in their learning environment. Everyone learns differently and at a different pace, and I am willing to help each student figure out what works for them best so they can succeed!

Experience in teaching students English (Second Language) from Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil. Also experience in teaching students Spanish from the United States, and Canada. Students ranging in ages 7-60.

It was a good experience, I was able to learn a lot from her and lose the fear of expressing myself in English. I was also able to improve my pronunciation and understanding. She was very kind and persistent with my learning and was always willing to help me. She has many teaching methods, and having her be able to speak both languages can help you understand more clearly. I recommend her.
