About Kailey
My lessons are customized to the likes and needs of each individual student. Not every student learns the same as another, so I incorporate many different learning methods individualized to the student. It's important to me that my students have fun, learn proper technique and theory, and feel good when leaving our sessions! I have lots of tools to set them up for success practicing on their own, so that they continue growing outside of class too!
I teach all ages and all levels of violin, beginner-intermediate piano and voice, as well as songwriting.
Whether you're looking to learn an instrument for fun, continue your studies, or prepare for college/professional, I am here to support you with your goals!
About me:
I am a graduate of Berklee College of Music, and have done lots of recording sessions with various artists as well as performances with artists such as Rod Stewart, Annie Lennox, Willie Nelson, Lalah Hathaway and more. I am also a professional music artist, songwriter and music producer.
I specialize in different genres and styles, and I believe my professional experience and true care for my students offers a next level learning experience!
I love helping my students go above and beyond their goals and fall in love with music!
I've been teaching full time for the past 5 years in LA, prior to that I had a few students. I started teaching because my music teachers made such a big impact on my life growing up, and I'm committed to passing that along! I love supporting students with their music journey!
I'm a Berklee College of Music Graduate. I have extensive training in various genres, performance, songwriting, recording, writing/composing and theory.
