About Tabitha
I offer virtual, in-home, or in-studio lessons. Lessons for you or your children. We will discuss goals and choose a path that works best for you.
I have been teaching the piano for eight years in my own private studio, schools, and private studios.

I am currently in my masters at Manhattan School of Music where i get to continue to study the exciting world of classical music. I enjoy working with others and seeing my students grow and discover new things with the instrument.
I first began teaching in a private studio where I was also receiving training to teach multiple-level students.
I began my studies at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Canada. There I obtained a certificate in teaching. I studied at McGill University and am working towards my master's degree at Manhattan School of Music. The courses are designed with teaching in mind.

I ask a couple "Get to know" you questions:
1. Have you played the piano before?
2. If so, How Long?
3. What are you hoping to get out of lessons?
I have worked with adults, advanced, beginner, group classes, and younger students.
My advice for a student/parent would be to make sure that the teacher can be flexible for your needs.
Whatever plans a teacher may have may not be yours. You should discuss goals and direction so both you and the teacher can be on the same page.
I am very fond of going to classical music concerts and am excited for them to return in 2021.
