About Rachel

The materials I use are an alternative method to learning music that has shown amazing results! It will help you/your child be a well-rounded musician, not just a piano player! Music reading, chord playing, improvising, as well as learning songs by imitation that are 2-3 years ahead of expected playing level.

I love being able to connect with people through music. All of my music teachers growing up have had a major influence on me, so I'm thrilled to be able to make a difference like that to someone else.

I have a passion for music and wanted a job related to my career!

I have an Associate of Applied Science degree in Music Recording Technology and 3+ years experience in piano teaching

About the lesson

I always meet with potential students and their parents to go over my cirriculum to make sure it's a good fit for them. Once enrolled, I tailor my lessons to fit the student's needs!

I have worked with children of all ages. Some were brand new to learning piano and some knew a little bit from previous lessons or from band/orchestra in school.
