About EBONY
My goal is to help children learn to play the piano through creative techniques while having fun. I started playing music at an early age. I started playing piano in elementary school and had formal lessons when I was about 12. Music was always around my family, in church, at home- everywhere! I look forward to sharing the joy of music with your little one.
I love working with kids! I worked in daycare years ago, and I have always been involved in the children's ministry at church. Now, I would like to merge my passion for music, with my love for kids!

I first like to get a feel of the student's general attitude toward music. Also, it's important to know the learning style of the child, in order to find the most effective way for the child to retain as much as possible from the lesson. Lastly, I try to incorporate those techniques into the teaching, while also getting the parent, or caregiver involved as well.
