About Ophelia

With three degrees in piano performance, Ophelia Shan started teaching since 16-yr-old and has been awarded "Best Teaching Award" in multiple national (China) and International competitions. As a church music director and stuff pianist at Baldwin-Wallace Conservatory of Music, Ophelia is particularly good at communication and finding the best direction to make each of her students improve efficiently and continue gaining interest in music. Ophelia's bilingual background (English and Mandarin Chinese) makes her even more flexible communicating and understanding students from different cultures. Students enjoy themselves playing piano is the most essential thing I care and enjoy seeing as a instructor.
