About Merek
Hello! I'm a student at the South Dakota School of Mines offering piano lessons on Tuesday afternoons. I've been an avid player for 10 years, the first 5 being with lessons and concerts through grade school, and the most recent 5 just playing for fun, and occasionally for church or college ministries. My teaching style is fluid, and I want to work with and not just for you/your child in a low-stress, fun kind of way to gain skills for life! I am able and willing to make the commute to your house. All you'll need to start out is Alfred's 1A Lesson Book and Theory Book and we'll move on from there.
