About Dr Karol Sue

With an international career of performance and teaching,

I offer great fun within this amazing musical discovery.

I enjoy the growth of all students........ within great fundamentals, and their most personally desired goals.

I began teaching as a very young professional (14yrs.), and have continued throughout the world of the musical arts, including international positions (and performance).

All levels of this investigation are welcomed - from fledgling to professional artist.

With a Doctorate of Musical Arts degree, I have taught and performed on 3 continents, have worked with many young professionals as well as amateurs.

About the lesson

The student's desires and commitment are the basic crieteria for all study.

Therefore, the student (and/or family)/teacher conference is a critical entrance of mutuality, both musically/pianistically and personally.

I have worked with and mentored ALL levels/ages of students, from amateur to professional, including young artists.

With your own immediate personal gains in mind, do meet your potential teacher, express your short-term and long-term goals, reflect on mutual goals, relate previous musical experience, communicate all activities (including non-musical),and commit if all seems great. And TRULY RELISH THE OPPORTUNITY.

I regularaly attend all of the INCREDIBLE PIANO SERIES of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. In addition, I maintain a most rewarding personal performance schedule.

Attempt to determine your needs and your gaps in the music area (theory, sight-reading, repertoire), and discuss all within your meeting. As all is a greet 'meeting of the minds' and super musical growth, the great reward will result from your honesty and COMMITMENT................

This is not a dalliance. This study is documented even as a serious enterprise for brain development and structural growth. It is also one of the most rewarding personal discoveries available. The mind grows - literally (the 'corpus-collosum').
