About Brigitta
I have a home studio, with a reformer/cadillac and a very friendly fat cat who takes part in your workout!
He cuddles with you while you whip your core into shape!
I've been teaching pilates for over 15 years (Polestar Pilates and PMA Certified) and it is my favorite way to workout. I've been able to assist people in alleviating back pain, lose weight, and improve their posture not to mention met amazing people. I considered myself quite lucky to be able to do what I love and work with so many different, great people.
