About Andrea
I work one on one with women only. Because no two bodies are the same, it is very important to keep in mind any movement limitations and/or physical conditions one might have before designing a workout, as well as their level of athleticism. Working with individuals allows me to take all of this into consideration while helping them reach their personal fitness goals. I look forward to helping you reach yours!
I completed Risa Sheppard's intensive 450 hour pilates teacher training program in 2007. Risa studied with legendary master instructor Ron Fletcher. To me Pilates is about the joy and art of movement - Moving efficiently and beautifully, with ease and control, while correcting imbalances and strengthening the body as a whole.
I love to help empower women who have the desire to feel their best, look their best, and who long for a sense of overall well being through Pilates.
If your goal is to become more physically fit, increase flexibility and coordination, boost self confidence, or simply release stress in order to restore the natural balance in your body, mind, and spirit, pilates will do all of that, and more.
