About Amber
As a gymnast and dancer, I understand the body and customize the needs and goals to each client at any age and level. I am Classical yet contemporary to give you the best results!
I am currently a Pilates instructor at Equinox Sports Club LA as well!
Pilates is a full body workout that strengthens and stretches your body at the same time and and builds strength from your inner core muscles. What I love most is the immense joy I feel when I know I have helped my clients reached their goals!
