About Rachel
We are the Westside's go to Pilates studio for Classical/Traditional style Pilates sessions. Individual and Duets are our speciality. We will be offering small group equipment classes in September (a maximum of 4 people per class)
We have experienced instructors who teach the following- Pre and Post Natal, injury rehabilitation, beginner to advanced and professional athletes.

We offer an Intro pack of 3 Individual sessions where the client can get a 'feel' for how we teach here, discuss any goals they have. Pilates uses different muscles to the usual crunch and ab workouts so it's important to understand the basic concepts of which muscles to engage and so on.
We'll ask about any prior experience with Pilates, past or current injuries or restrictions to work with and build your program from there.
We love new clients who are committed to their fitness and long term health goals.
