About Sushmita
I’m Sushmita, I’ve been tutoring for about 5 years since I was 15 years old. I specialised in working with younger kids but also can work with older kids who are in secondary school as well. I also work with kids who may be on the spectrum and who may have other learning disabilities. The reason I wanted to become a tutor is because I wanted to have a part-time job that will impact my future and other people’s futures in a positive way, which is why I chose tutoring as it is rewarding and seeing what I can do for other kids academically but also for their mental health and self-esteem makes me feel happy knowing I have made tomorrow better for them. In a year's time, I hope to be going to university to pursue a degree in Biomedical Sciences and hopefully become a medical researcher or a doctor in the future.

I will assess how your child is doing and from there will work on the weaknesses first to fill in gaps and then start working our way through content that they will learn at school, possibly learning newer content that they haven’t learnt yet and anything they will need to know for their SATs and 11+ exams. I will help with anything they need and go over anything specific you or your child asks for. And for exams, we will go over a lot of exam papers to prepare them for the questions when they have to do exams.
