About Marcus
We have a family friendly, safe and fun training environment with very credible, professional instructors. Most of them who are professional fighters but cater to all levels of training!
I started training and competing at a very young age and soon realized that this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. People started asking me for advice on fitness, self defense and fighting and I found that I had a passion for helping others.

We usually have you come in for an interview and to try a free class. Once we know what your goals are, we will place you in the right class and then we will help you reach those goals!
