About Lindsay
I am currently a PhD candidate in the Environmental Health and Engineering Department at Johns Hopkins University. I have an M.S. in Biosciences and Biotechnology; a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry; and a B.S. in Social Sciences from Clarkson University. I was a teaching assistant for introductory level biology classes for 3 years during my undergrad studies. I also worked for 2 summers as a counselor at a week-long STEM-based scholastic camp for local high school students. I also have experience working with elementary students through my roles as an afterschool STEM program activities leader and an aid for my local Girl Scout troop.
I love learning about how the world works and am passionate about sharing what I discover with others. I enoy interacting with students and will try to tailor lessons to meet individual interests and learning styles as much as possible.
