About Sydney
I am a certified pre-k-3rd grade teacher. I have a Masters in early childhood education. I currently teach 2nd grade in a school with a high population of English language learners. I use the science of reading approach to teaching students to read. This means my methods are based in scientific research. I am trained in LETRS and spire. My approach works for students at all levels and those with dyslexia. I love seeing my students succeed and begin to enjoy reading.
