I'm more of a coach than ‘teacher’ Used to be that person, but no longer are because you are at - a certain stage - where you just need to sing for your best health and peace in mind. I’m here for you.

I’m a professional teaching and performing artist with 47 years of amazing magical musical experiences. It seems to be how I’m growing older and wiser healing MS. B4 Portland, OR I lived in NYC with a studio of talented folks who are still singing, working with their voice and Godfidence about their gifts.

My weekly schedule has time for new students💯 I coach & heal Mondays and some Saturday Mornings ONLINE.

I’m skilled to coach assorted voice types to sing, act, story-tell, record, perform etc You use your vocal energy & partnership helps. As a Reiki healer, I care about sound waves AND vibrations; the science AND chemistry of our body’s abilities to do exceptional things like creatively improvise :-). I'm a Grammy nominated songwriter; its a a natural progression to share and teach at this stage. I've worked with great mentors like Chaka Khan, Arif Mardin, Spike Lee - even Diana Ross on th Oprah Winfrey Show!

Went to Stony Brook U which was not known for it's UG music studies when I attended in the 80's, but I had a good experience not fitting in. I rely on nearly 40 years of experiences, recollections of myself as a young student, and working with a plethora of diversely special people including Harry Belafonte, Edie Brickell, Rod Stewart, Aretha, Chaka, Diana, and Mary J Blige.

About the lesson

Being an artist is my comfortable desire; I hope it’s yours, too! It's important to have an easy rapport with each other.

I've help for students audition for college or TV & talent shows, prepare for public speaking and humble & talented spirits ready to sing more than ever!

As we get older, we remember the things that we wanted to do, but didn’t take the time… I am that kind of a coaching teacher that can meet you where you’re at. It’s time! It’s your time!

Students with unique learning styles, non-verbal skills, and languages other than English are inclusively welcome!

Find a creative, open hearted teacher that fits you like a shoe...when you find a good fit, put 'em on and RUN! This is a good, good thing to feel inspired by a teacher You can relax and trust yourself to expand, learn, grow, and ascend.

Absolutely amazing. Robbie doesn’t skip any corners and really knows how to personalize the whole lesson around you. I’ve had Robbi as my teacher for both vocal lessons and piano lessons. Wouldn’t recommended going to anyone else, she truly is the best of the best.

We both realize that 30 minutes is not long enough so I don’t watch the clock intensely. I’d make sure that we wind up with completion at the end of the lesson, even if it takes 35 minutes! Hence, First lesson 30 minutes
