•Passionate Teacher who specializes in data driven Instructional techniques, proven brain based learning practices and tailor made lessons based on student learning styles and needs.
•Tutoring Experience of 10 years using methods and materials designed for the student based on their skills, strengths and areas needing intervention.
•Study skills teacher who teaches learners about learning and use metacognitive strategies to help empower the learner to take charge of their success.
•Tutoring areas: Pre-Reading, Elementary Reading and Literacy / Vocabulary to 9th grade. Study and Test taking skills. Math interventions Pre-School to 8th grade. Reading for Science, Health, Social Studies, Art studies.
