About Theodora
If you're a new runner, I understand exactly where you've been. Nine years ago, I couldn't run a mile. I've since run 30+ half marathons and 7 marathons, taking more than an hour off my marathon time and nearly an hour off my half time.
I can understand how daunting it is to get started and stick with it, and I work with you every step of the way to make sure you're enjoying it.
I am certified by the Road Runners Club of America and am working on my personal training certification as well.
