About Mike
I train athletes from all sports. I have a good track record for improving speed. I have been private training for 5 years. I understand and focus on technique, and strength to produce increased speed. I train at Coleman middle school, and Greco middle school track.
I enjoy working with runners to achieve their goals
I am a former member of University of Florida track team. I have coached many middle school track teams and Im a certified physical education teacher.
