About Sofia
Hi, I'm Sonia! I have unusual teaching methods and quite interesting. I am trained as a philologist and have been living English literature and history for 10 years. I worked with young children and taught these sciences from scratch. My lessons were interesting because I built an individual approach to everyone. Learning literature through songs and movies, and history through skits and pictures. Of course, there is a seriousness, but the more pleasant the atmosphere, the more you want to learn. I give motivation before the beginning of each lesson, working through the goals and objects of the lesson. I really haven't been in the teaching field very long, but I've already been able to work out my exact methodology on my first students.
That's a good question. I like to give the knowledge that was not given to me. I had a tutor for 9 years, she was boring and tedious, I had to teach and do everything myself. I want to help people understand that gaining knowledge is not a boring process, it can be interesting

First a small test talk to identify the knowledge of the student, 10-15 minutes is enough to understand. The first trial lesson, getting to know each other, discussing what the student would like to learn or tighten up. I explain my teaching methods, try to consult with the student in what order he or she would like to conduct the lesson.
