About Patrick
The Traditional Karate Club of Cascade (Originally known as Cascade Karate Club) has been training students in martial arts for over 10 years.
Tang Soo Do is a traditional martial art based on discipline and respect for all life. Tang Soo Do is very much a personal art and we focus on encouraging personal growth instead of comparisons between students.
We continue to respects the original term, Tang Soo Do, and intend to preserve its heritage and value as a traditional way or path. As martial art practitioners, we are striving to maintain traditional values of respect, discipline, self-control, self-improvement, etiquette and ultimately to live a healthy and harmonious life, both physically and mentally.
If you have ever thought about being a "Karate Kid", dreamt of kicking like Chuck Norris, want to learn self-defense, or become more flexibile and physically fit, Now is the time to do so. Children 4 and above, Women and Men of all ages are welcome!
Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursday nights. Classes for young students (4 year olds) and those wishing private lessons are held by appointment.
You are welcome to come visit a class anytime.

Our Master has over 20 years of Tang Soo Do Karate Experience and over 10 years of teaching at the club. All instructors have been taught and are oversaw by our Master.
Mr. Diller has been teaching for 2 years the kids class and has been a studnet of Tang Soo Do for 5 years.

New students will work with experienced older members to teach them the basics of class etiquette while the instructor shows them basic blocks ,kicks, and strikes.
Anyone over the age of 4 is welcome to join. 4-5 years old will be in the Little Dragons program. There is no upper age limit. As many senior citizen black belts have shown, it is never too late to start.

You will receive 4 free training sessions before you make your decision about joining. The monthly cost is very reasonable with discounts for multi-month payments and multi-member family memberships. We can discuss those options after your introductory classes.
