About James
I have been in martial arts over 50 years. I am a student, a competitor, and an instructor. Yes, I love what I do. I would love the opportunity to introduce you to a journey that will change the way you view the world around you. I do have a strong focus on self defense and knife.

I enjoy looking at every aspect of martial arts through the eyes of a beginner. I'm excited and eager to learn and teach the arts to anyone who is willing to put in the work to learn.
I am a 10th dan black belt. I have been studying martial arts over 50 years.
I have my 10th in Kenpo.
I am a certified JKD instructor.
I study Harimau Berantai.

About the lesson

First, I will get to know my client by asking questions regarding their health and personal goals that they have set for themselves. At this point, I will do a physical capacity test which will help me to know where to begin with you. And then from there I will do periodic check ins to discuss your progress.
