About Brett
We are the only Karate style training listed in Carteret County NC,
We offer a useful and effective style of Karate in Kenpo5.0.
We instruct our students in self discipline, self awareness and confidence.
Also a good excercise program is available with our Cardio Kickbox Aerobics
Teaching anyone who wants to learn. I feel this style of martial arts is a practical style, and anyone who applies will succeed. I see the students skill set change constantly and remembering where they started and where they're at.
2002 is when i started my martial arts journey, moved to Beaufort NC and started teaching in a gymnasium.
I am a Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics Instructor with the Marine Corps Police.
2nd degree Black Belt in the art of Chun Kuk Do ( Chuck Norris System)
Blue Belt in the Jeff Speakman Kenpo 5.0 style.

Instruct in the basics of Kenpo5.0, movements, repetition, strikes and kicks.
All ages, boys, girls, men and women. I helped one student with Cerebral Palsy achieve his Black Belt, which is very inspiring.
Worked with Autistic children and ADHD children.
Martial Arts is a journey and not just a fly by night success, you have to commit to the training to achieve success, accept the boring along with the fun of training experience.
