About Michael
We are not a business. We operate as a club.
There are no contracts.
We specialize in self-defense and physical fitness.
It is not work. Training in Kajukenbo is unlimited.
There is opportunity for every skill level.
I enjoy teaching and continuing to learn.
This is a natural process in Kajukenbo. Seniors are always assisting lower belt ranks. When my instructor was dicharged from the Air Force and relocated, I was senior instructor and took over the B.A.F.B class.

Attend and participate in several classes. See how the instructor interacts with students. Meet some of the students and talk to them about theor experience.

Any student that wants to learn from me, needs to be committed to attending class regularly and practicing what they are taught.
There are expectations for proper behavior and attitude. If a student wants to learn and has good manners, the rest falls into place.
