About Mary Kate
Hi there!
I am a young professional with a strong background in vocal performance, music theory and vocal technique. I attended the Arts Magnet high school in Dallas, TX where I excelled in the above subjects, placing in the Texas All-State Mixed Choir and achieving a score of 4 on the AP Music Theory test as just a sophmore. I graduated from high school with a 3.89 GPA.
I initially pursued music education as a career, but my interests shifted. Always a lover of history and english, I chose to pursue my bachelor's degree in History-Religious Studies from Southern Methodist University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. I received my master's degree in History Museum Studies from the Cooperstown Graduate Program, where I had a focus in nonprofit development, administration and project management. I graduated at the top of my class with a 3.95 GPA.
I am a naturally patient person with many interests and areas of knowledge expertise, and will work with you to achieve your goals. Let's figure out the best way to get there, together!
