About Carlos
Looking to open up your voice to it's full potential?
I am a private voice instructor who specializes in classical and musical theater.
I have been teaching for the past 5 years with students in both California and New York. I recieved my bachelor's in music, specializing in Vocal Performance, in 2017 and have been teaching ever since.
I started teaching a bit while in school and began teaching professionally immediately after I graduated.
I have a Bechelor's of Music in Vocal Performance.

I offer 30 minute trial lessons where we assess initial skill level and create a plan for where we want the voice to go and the best way to do it in a healthy way.
Most students ranged from 10-18 year olds with a few older students who wanted to get their voice back in shape.
The biggest factor in finding a good teacher is compatibilty. There needs to be a good dynamic between the student and the teacher, so the student feels safe and comfortable to sing to their fullest potential.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The biggest question should be "What am I trying to achieve?" when asking questions.
Lessons should be a safe space to ask anything relating to the voice and how to better their instrument. There are no bad questions.
