We have known Kat since last November and we absolutely love her. She is bright, energetic, and passionate. Her passion rubs off and I don't think my daughter has ever loved singing more!

Kat is student focused. She evaluates the student at the first lesson to find out what they know and what they want to learn. For young students this is a very powerful incentive to take responsibility for their learning. They get really excited to be singing or playing music they hear on the radio, altered to be attainable at their level. She uses this as a unique approach to teaching the foundational skills of singing and playing. She is patient and caring, going above and beyond to make lessons engaging, never dry or boring.

Kat has been phenomenal with our daughter. She eagerly awaits her weekly voice lessons with Kat and we have seen significant improvement in the last few months. Kat is always on time and often goes over their allotted time and has such a bright and positive attitude and is very good with kids (my daughter is in 2nd grade).
