About Kids On
EXPERIENCE
Founded in 1987, Kids On Stage is a community of professional artists and theater educators who have with over 300 combined experience in performing arts education providing classes, camps private coaching in vocals, acting, presentations, parties and school enrichment programs.
We now also offering interactive, engaging, inspiring and exciting virtual classes (via Zoom) and will return back into our theater and schools as soon as possible. Virtual classes will remain offered even then.
For the past three decades, we have staged adaptations of hundreds of musicals, plays and stories along with private coaching for vocals, acting, audition skills, school presentations, confidence building and more.
Our caring, passionate and inspiring directors are dedicated to bringing out the best in each actor.
Kids On Stage prides itself on personalized, age-appropriate curriculum which has been crafted over the years to integrate all levels of ability typically ages from 3.5 to 17.
Each program is customized based on an individual or group dynamics. A sensitive student-teacher ratio fosters an intimate setting where each actor is encouraged to be part of the creative process. A socially conscious ethos infuses our productions with memorable life lessons.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE & EMPOWERMENT
KOS guide each actor to respect differences and inspire one another in a safe and non-competitive environment strengthening social and emotional competence. We consciously promote self-expression, self-awareness, self-esteem and confidence. Actors are empowered to build these valuable life skills and joyfully discover their own voice. Theater education enhances academic performance, focus, reading comprehension and numerous studies show higher SAT scores in children exposed to the arts.
COMMUNITY
We are blessed with an enriched community of staff, students and parents. In return, we are dedicated to reaching outside of the theater class room walls and being involved
in our local community through our enrichment programs, donations and community events.
KOS has started over 30 years ago with it's philosphy that everyone is a star! Everyone should discover their own unique voice and the magic of of theater and performing

We are now offering online classes (via Zoom) such as Musical Theater, Shakespeare, Theater Classes, Musical Dramatics, Rockstar Dramatics, Creative Dramatics all vary in age-appropriate groupings from ages 4-16. Also offering online private coaching for vocals, acting and more.
Summer Camps will be available online and hopefully we will be back in the theater (stay tune!).
We work with every type of student. All inclusive
Make sure they are not a fly-by-night that they have years of experience working with children in a positive and inspiring way. No child needs to feel put down or belittled whether aspiring to be an actor or singer professional or just for fun.
There are so many - each class has it's own unqiue and special dynamic. The joy of watching each actors creativity shine, find their own voice along with watching them grow confident is the most rewarding.
