About Carla

Work on your singing in a warm, friendly and private studio with an experienced teacher that makes singing fun! Students of all ages are always welcome!

Member of the National Association For Teachers of Singing (the only selective professional organization for Voice Teachers) whose mission is: To encourage the highest standards of the vocal art and of ethical principles in the teaching of singing; and to promote vocal education and research at all levels, both for the enrichment of the general public and for the professional advancement of the talented.

Voice students learn more then just how to sing, they learn how to be performers and musicians.

I will not take on a student I cannot help.

Voice students have MANY performance opportunities offered to them that are appropriate for their level.

I love giving my students a chance to increase their confidence and reach their goals. Whether it is to feel more confident singing around their partner or recording their first EP, see my students succees is the best part of my job.

I have a B.A in music and an MM in Opera Performance. Additionally, I am an accomplished performing artist in genres ranging from gospel to jazz, classical and musical theatre.

About the lesson

First lessons are for setting goals and determining the best course of action for every individual student. Not every student needs to address the same issues so why have students all follow the same curriculm?
