About Sean

I have had the wonderful opportunity to play soccer and train students for 20+ years. I take a complete approach to my training and believe that athletes need to focus on the pyhsical and mental aspects of the beautfiul game.

I recently moved to Alexandria, VA from Milwaukee, WI with my wife and lauched a soccer training academy called FXAcademy for students 5-18 yeas old. Additionally, I train students with intellectual and physical disabilities who want enjoy soccer.

Played in the Disney Cup, USA Cup, Barcelona Cup, Best of Midwest, ODP National Tournaments, etc.

Coached at Tonka United, FC United, Kenosha Crew, and Sockers FC Chicago

Played Semi-Professionally for Minnesota Kings and Croatian Eagles

In college (2006-2010). Since that time I've been able to work with students all over the U.S.

I have 20+ years of experience playing and training soccer.

About the lesson

The first step is a meeting (in-person or virtual) with the student and their parent / legal guardian so that we can discuss the student's aspirations for their soccer career, any health concerns I should be aware of, and if the student has an intellectual or physical disability

If we determine there is a good fit, I would have the parent / legal guardian sign a liability waiver and find a day/time what works best for our first free session.

The goal of the free session is to get a baseline understanding of the student's capabilities, how I can help them take there game to the next level, and confirm they like my training style.

Students early in their soccer career, students well into their career, and students with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.

Do your homework on what kind of trainer best suits your playing style and does the trainer offer a complete system e.g. physical and mental fortitude while on the pitch.

I was able to sponsor two children in the Philippines through Children's Incorporated, which will provide education, food/water, and transportation.

Does the trainer play the "politics/favortism" game

Will they help you get a chance to play for a top club or college/university

Will they attend as many games as they can so they can take notes and find out what needs to be worked on
