As the CEO of 3pleozfitness and an NASM-certified personal trainer specializing in athletic performance, I offer tailored training programs that cater to diverse needs. Whether you are a young aspiring soccer player aiming to enhance your technical skills or an adult seeking to maintain athleticism, I provide comprehensive support for all fitness levels. Training sessions are conducted outdoors on a turf area for technical and performance training, and indoors in a state-of-the-art gym for strength and conditioning. I employ NASM's proprietary training model, ensuring an evidence-based, systematic, and progressive approach to training. This methodology not only promotes safety and adherence but also maximizes training effectiveness. I currently am taking the NASM CPT program.

I have served as an assistant coach for many semi-pro teams and have done private soccer coaching for my business for a number of years now.

About the lesson

I typically ask about my students history/experience with tha game -where he or she has played, how and when. This typically gives me an insight into the experience and level of exposure my student has. Then I ask what his or her short and long term goals are. Furthermore, I ask a few questions to ascertain how he/she is comfortable training. With these background information,I am able to create a suitable,custom training plan/regime for my student.

I learnt soccer from beginning by him.
The content is every intense but actually very interesting that I was really enjoy it and finally full in love with this sport.
