About Helena

No matter the age or skill level, I adapt to the student's individual goals and help exceed them! For example, after playing at both NCAA D1 and D2 collegiate levels, I not only provide athletes with the physical skills to reach the college level but I also love to share recruiting facts and honest advice that will help in their personal recruitment journey. On the flip side, when working with children and beginners, I aim to build a love for the game and confidence in their skills. Let's talk about your goals!

From a lifetime of experience, I enjoy sharing all I've learned with my athletes. Each time we work together, more power, skills, and stamina translate to the athletes' game on the field. As they improve over time, I bring new challenges. Watching them grow and overcome motivates me to put that same dedication into everyone I work with. How can I help you reach your soccer goals?

It all began with 1 student-athlete who approached me for lessons and recruiting advice. It blew up from thereª

I have played high-level soccer my whole life. From international teams to D1 and D2 colleges. I've also coached a variety of individuals and youth teams for over 4 years.

About the lesson

Booking - Any position. Any age. Any goal. It all starts with a message!

Lesson 1 - I'll come prepared with everything we will need. Just bring yourself and some cleats! We'll talk about life, soccer goals, and practice some basics to get a gauge of the athlete's level.

Let's go! - Every lesson you can expect... Customized drills. Flexible practice times. Video (college recruiting or personal)! Position specific drills. And more!

Seriously. I have worked with all types of students. While I specialize in high school level athletes, I am happy to work with an athlete of any age, gender, field position, or skill level!
