About Brian
Desire Sports Training is for athletes of all ages (7+) and all fitness levels. We offer Adult Fitness, Speed and Agility, 1 on 1 Personalized Training, and Team Training ( on site or remote). We don't just train we train with a purpose. Our goal is to change the mind first and everything else will follow with a science based training program.
