About Kamal

I customize my classes to each of my students. I dedicate the first 10 minutes of my first class to assess my student's level and needs. (Those first 10 minutes are free, so if you pay for 30-minutes, you get 40 minutes)

FYI: I am fluent in Spanish

My satisfaction is knowing that my classes have contributed to the ongoing success of every student I help

During my first 2 or 3 years of my Real Estate career, having used my Search Engine Optimization knowledge to my advantage in finding leads, I was asked to teach my fellow Realtors my secrets for success. So I did, and that is when I found out that I have an affinity for teaching.

I am a computer engineer, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. For the last 12 years, I have taught Search Engine Optimization and Website Design. I am also a Real Estate Broker with over 20 years' experience, and I have been teaching Real Estate courses for a little over 15 years.

About the lesson

I usually take about 5 to 10 minutes to assess their level and/or their needs, and that way I'll be able to customize the next lessons. So, if a student pays for 30 minutes, the 1st class would be around 40 minutes, at no additional cost to the student.

I have worked with beginners, as well as advanced students, both in Website development and SEO, as well as Real Estate

I would say that a student should look at the teacher's expertize. During the initial 30-minute class, a student should be able to determine if he or she likes the teacher's style of teaching; and if, in fact, the student can fully understand the classes.

A teacher may be an expert in the subject, but may not be so good at teaching and making himself or herself understood by the student.

Well, in the last 2 years or so, due to COVID, I have been teaching online only.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
A student should have a plan and a well-established goal. Any class they would take should send them on their way to accomplishing their future goals.
I suggest all students to be clear on what they are trying to accomplish, ask questions and try to find out if the class will actually help you get there.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.
I needed to improve my Real Estate Sales & Marketing Skills, so I contacted Mr Salim, and took a few classes with him. My first class was on May 2nd, 2022. Since then, I have listed 2 properties. I have another property under contract and scheduled to close on June 24, 2022, and I have 2 listing appointments this coming week of 06/20/2022. I have recommended Mr Salim to a few of my fellow agents at the office, one of them started taking his training last week, and another 2 have scheduled to start their training this coming week.
Thank you Mr Salim

Great experience. Kamal knows his subject and is willing to help as much as possible. He is not waiting for the time to expire as other teachers, and if he needs to stay for a few more minutes, he does without complaining. Superb Experience

My hourly rate for the 1st class is $38 for the initial 40 minutes. I start by assessing the student level, and that might take about 5 to 10 minutes.
The following class will be customized for the student
