About Alejandra
Hello! My name is Alejandra Rojas, I currently work as a teacher assistant at Alexander Montessori school. I also have a certification in the Montessori system. I have 20 years in education experience, working with students ranging from preK - 2nd grade.
I love teaching as I enjoy seeing students reach their full potential. I believe every student is different and learns at their individual pace, hence adapting my teaching methods according to the students capacity and their personal goal. I will also encouraged them to reach their goals. Parent feedback is warmly welcomed and will be taken into account if teaching methods are required to change.
