About Alma
Having had tutors throughout my academic life, I know how it feels to struggle with certain topics and to have questions that it seems like no one can answer. I studied Mechatronics Engineering (Mechanical & Electronics) at Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. My experience consists of 5 years of engineering school with special knowledge in Spanish & Math and teaching written Spanish to senior residents of a small town in rural Mexico for six months.
I'm a native Spanish speaker, having learned English at a very young age enables me to be proficient in both languages. After graduating university, I moved to the US to become a full-time engineer for big tech. I have always had a big passion for passing on knowledge. I'll personalize my teaching approach depending on your needs to help you reach your goals and will guide you along the way.
