English
I have taught Spanish to elementary kids all the way to high school as a substitute teacher.
Make sure you hire somebody which native language is the one you are trying to learn and make sure this person reads a lot. That is the best way to avoid grammatical mistakes. For instance, I have been in contact with a lot of Spanish teachers from nationalities different than a spanish speaking country, I always find mispelled words. My English is not perfect but my Spanish is.
