About Maria
My name is MaríaJosé, I’m an English to Spanish translator who lives in the Windy City of Chicago. I’ve been also teaching Spanish for two years now. I lived in South America for about 18 years and then came to the United States, where I am still studying to become a great teacher 👩🏻🏫.
The classes I give consist of the following:
Vocabulary to memorize
Spanish Novelas to watch as well as documentaries
Grammar
Fun games to be able to learn a Spanish that can be effective and you can use.

Let’s meet and start learning! :)
Most of my students have been able to master Spanish in less than 4 months.
Getting to know people and being able to see them learn and grow. I love the process.
I am an English to Spanish translator in a Christian Ministry

I've only taken few times, but the teacher is absolutely amazing and really life-changing. Her way of teaching and emphasis on the importance of practice and how she helps relating to your life is truly so lifegiving. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you Maria!
