I moved to NJ from Puerto Rico at a young age and developed a skill in language learning. I speak four languages, making me extremely adept at understanding intricacies of Spanish and conveying those concepts in easy to understand terms for all learners. I am able to teach in 90%+ Spanish as per the ACTFL guidelines for language learning.
I am a certified teacher in the state of New Jersey. I have previous experience working as a college Spanish tutor.

I like to start by learning about the student. Based on what they tell me, I can work Spanish into topics they like. I believe knowing the student and creating a good rapport is the most important part of teaching.
I work with elementary aged students, and have previously worked with college students as a tutor.
