About Marlon
I am a professional tutor who is currently working with multiple school districts. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have moved my services online. I am available to provide online tutoring in a wide variety of subjects from Science and Math to English and Social Studies. I deliver my instruction through whichever digital platform is most convenient for you. I am available via phone, skype, google hangouts, discord or any other means that you deem appropriate.
I personally enjoy fostering growth and a genuine interest in education in my students. Seeing students make connections to things that they have learned previously is one of the more rewarding experiences in being a teacher.
Currently, I am working as a tutor for multiple school districts, tutoring all subjects. I am also currently enrolled in a master's program in secondary education. Previously, I have worked as a science teacher in a private school.

I typically look over the subject matter with the student and help them determine what they are struggling with the most. From there we can do more targeted practice to focus on what the student is struggling with along with general practice to keep up with the material that they are more comfortable with.
I have worked with students from all walks of life including students with disabilities such as dyslexia and autism.
