About Valeria
Hi! I am a current college sophomore at the university of Kansas. I am majoring in Spanish Studies and plan to get a Bachelors degree in a few years. I am a native Spanish Speaker. I earned my Biliteracy Seal in both English and Spanish, meaning I can read, write and speak both languages at a proficient and professional level. I spent 3 years in a private school in Durango, Mexico where I studied everything from proper grammar to basic language skills. I love being able to share my language and teach others how to love it as well. I believe that trying something new and even things that are intimidating are essential to growing as a person. With that said, I welcome any student willing to learn, no matter the starting level. I am also open to discussing teaching methods with parents to better accommodate to their child’s goals.
