About Laura
My service stands out amongst others because I am down to earth and real. That means I am flexible with my pricing and with my time according to the need.
What I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing how confident the student becomes after realizing that the only mistakes they can make is not to try. There is an innate love for education that motivates me to expand and continue to grow as a tutor.
My beginnings as a teacher consisted of assisting ESL teacher on a voluntary basis during a year. Then, I branched out into independent consultations as I also worked as a preschool teacher/ teacher assistant.
I have previously worked as an independent translator for anything from Doctor visits to working for a successful professional painting business facilitating communicatios between the Spanish-speaking contractor and the builders.
