About Sofia
I am passionate about languages and helping students succeed in their language learning. I seek to make learning Spanish fun by sharing real and relatable context. My overall approach helps students discover their true capabilities at their own pace and comfort level.
I love working with students of all ages. Seeing my students connect with their learning brings a great sense of fulfillment!
I started off working with students in an after school program. I loved working with the kids and knew that education was a possible career path for me.

I first set out to see and understand the student's level of comprehension and overall experience with Spanish. Then I teach according to those needs and specific skills, with the goal of building towards the next level.
I have worked at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. I have also worked with adults.
