About Karla

My name is Karla Escobar, I am 32 years old. I am a native Spanish speaker, and I have experience teaching Spanish languages to children 12 and under I enjoy teaching Spanish through playing and games. Additionally, I have an 8 year old son who loves hockey and Spanish is his favorite language. As a family we love running, building legos, reading, and math. I am also a full-time caregiver, and I teach them Spanish and to swim as well.

I would describe my personality as friendly, active, honest, loving and warm. Furthermore, I enjoy tutoring because I truly love seeing children's learning process, and aquire new skills that will help and guide them through their school and life journey. Moreover, I started tutoring when I was in El Salvador (English) when I moved to the USA in 2015, I started teaching Spanish to kids that I used to take care of. Their parents, were so thrilled when they started to see that their children were learning Spanish at a fast speed, and I was incredibly satisfying to see their progress every day. In addition, my skills include being patient and working at the children’s pace, I love building their self-confidence while learning, speaking, writing and reading Spanish. Finally, I'm looking for a job that I can be accommodate my busy schedule since I work Monday from 8:00am to 2:00pm and Tuesday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm I am available on weekends all day.

Please feel free to reach me at (concealed information) or through care.com . I am so excited to meet new little learners.

Thank you in advance,

Karla Escobar.
