About Kayna

I have been lucky enough to travel around the world.

The experience of getting to know other cultures is something I cherish completely.

When you learn to speak a different language, your understanding and intimacy with the culture can flourish into something uniquiley beautiful.

Communication is inmeasurably important, in almost every aspect of our lives. The more people you are able to communicate with, the more you are able to connect with.

I love helping people improve their skills and confidence. It makes me happy to see my students excited when they learn a new saying or understand an area of grammer they had trouble with.

I started teaching English in an immersion school in Spain. When the schools were closed due to the pandemic, I switched to virtual teaching.

About the lesson

I start with conversation in order to get the juices flowing. Then, the first step is to establish where we need to start, what the student already knows, and what the students' personal goals are in this subject. We then will work on a particular subject of grammar, which we next practice with engaging and personalized activities.
