About Ana Elena
Hello! I have been tutoring for a couple years now, both in a volunteer and work setting. I have mostly tutored 5th-8th graders but love working with kids of all ages. In the fall I worked as a Distance Learning Counselor, so I have experience helping kids navigate the switch to online learnings. I am fluent in Spanish, and working towards a Spanish minor at Stanford University.
I volunteered at my local public library for two years as a tutor, helping elementary and middle schoolers with their homework and literacy skills.
This past fall I transitioned from being a Camp Counselor to a Distance Learnign Counselor, helping my group of 5th graders stay on top of their remote learning and guiding them through their school days.
I am a sophomore at Stanford University majoring in Public Policy and minoring in Modern Language (Spanish and French).
