About Stephanie
Pura vida! My name is Señora Rodgers and I am passionate about the Spanish language and sharing it with my students! I will create an individualized game plan for each student in order to reach their goals.
I taught high school Spanish for two years before taking a pause to raise my children bilingually. While in the classroom, I specialized in Spanish immersion learning. I am able to tutor in a full immersion setting to promote communicative Spanish skills or a more bilingual setting in order to discuss details of grammar.
I currently hold a Virginia teaching license and I graduated with a Master's in Education from Mary Washington University with an endorsement in ESL. My major as an undergraduate was Spanish at James Madison University.
