About Rosalinda
I am a trained elementary and secondary teacher. I 20+ years of experience in language teaching, biblical studies & arts and crafts.
I am also a certified reflexologist and Access Bars practitioner. Reflexology is an amazing modality that supports the whole body and central nervous system. Students learn about nerve points and reflective areas of the body to help bring balance and healing to areas that are stuck.
Access Bars are 32 points on your head that when gently touched, effortlessly, and easily release anything that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life.
These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored. With safety in mind Bars classes and sessions are best for couples and or same household participants.
What a great way to help a loved one let go of everything. This a great therapy for stress-filled living, PTSD, and traumatic life events.
I love helping people! I am grateful for the blessings I have received from people and this is my way to contribute to others so that they will experience the joy of learning and health.
