About Hannah
My name is Hannah Sparks and I live in Louisville, KY. I began studying Spanish 12 years ago. I earned my BA in Spanish teaching at EKU in 2019 and my MA in Special Education in 2021. I have been a Spanish teacher at Martha Layne Collins High School since 2019 and I absolutely love it! While I value and cherish my experiences with Spanish in traditional classroom settings, using it in real life settings is extremely important to me and has shaped my love of the language. I love to travel! I’ve visited Mexico three times and went to Peru in 2022. I also have many students in my current classes that are native Spanish speakers, and they are always teaching me new things and keeping me on my toes!
